1. Who We Are and Scope
This website is operated by Consylion FZ-LLC (“Consylion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a free zone limited liability company established in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
With respect to personal data connected with the website, Consylion acts as the data controller. These terms apply to visitors, prospective clients, and individuals contacting us through the website, but do not replace any separate notice or agreement relating to a client project. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not restricted.
2. What Data We May Collect
We may receive the name, organization, business contact details, country or region, subject of your inquiry, and any follow-up correspondence that you provide. This data reaches us only once you send the pre-drafted message from your own email application.
The website itself does not transmit or store the contact form fields: it generates a mailto message locally on your device. Once sent, the message is processed by our email and communications providers. Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical logs: IP address, device or browser information, timestamps, pages requested, and security events.
Please do not send passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, special category data, or other sensitive personal data, privileged material, or confidential project documents until an appropriate confidentiality and security arrangement has been agreed.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
Inquiry data is used to respond to you, assess whether the task matches our expertise, carry out any requested pre-contractual steps, and maintain necessary business records. Technical information is used to provide, secure, and diagnose the website, prevent misuse, and establish or defend legal rights.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the legal basis is your request for pre-contractual steps, performance of a contract, a legal obligation, consent — where specifically requested — or our legitimate interest in operating and protecting a business website and handling professional inquiries. We do not use website data for automated decision-making, profiling, or behavioral advertising.
5. Data Transfers
Data is disclosed only to the extent reasonably necessary — to hosting, security, email, and communications providers; to professional advisors bound by appropriate obligations; to authorities upon a lawful request; in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction; or to protect rights, safety, and property. TradingView receives data directly only once widgets are enabled, and acts under its own terms and policies.
Providers and recipients may process information in the UAE, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States, and other countries. Where the law requires transfer safeguards, an available lawful mechanism is used together with additional measures proportionate to the risk. No internet-based service can guarantee that data remains within a single jurisdiction.
6. Retention and Security
Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are generally deleted or anonymized within 24 months of the last substantive contact. Documents relating to projects, contracts, finance, and compliance are retained for the duration of the engagement and longer where required by accounting or tax rules, limitation periods, or professional or other legal obligations. Records of data subject requests and disputes may be retained to demonstrate compliance or defend legal rights.
Technical logs are retained according to the relevant provider's schedule and only for as long as reasonably necessary. TradingView settings remain in the browser, as described above. Once the purpose and any mandatory retention period have ended, data is periodically reviewed and deleted or anonymized.
We apply reasonable organizational and technical measures; however, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be entitled to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction; object to processing or request portability; withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal; and lodge a complaint with the competent authority in your place of residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.
Consylion does not sell personal data obtained through the website and does not knowingly share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Send your request to info@consylion.com and describe the matter in reasonable detail. We may verify your identity, ask for clarification, and, where the law allows, decline a manifestly unfounded or excessive request or charge a fee; a response will be provided within the applicable legal timeframe.
8. Children
This business website is intended for adults acting in a professional capacity and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children through it. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted data should contact us so that we can verify this and, where applicable, delete it.
9. No Professional Relationship
The content of this website is of a general informational nature. Visiting the site, contacting us, or receiving preliminary information does not create a consultant-client relationship or any other professional relationship. Such a relationship arises only under a signed agreement.
10. No Regulated Advice
This website does not contain investment, brokerage, trading, legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice. Consylion does not offer financial products, investments, trade execution, asset management, or custody of funds through the website.
Where a decision requires regulated or licensed advice, users should consult an appropriately qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction.
11. Market Data and Information Quality
Prices, charts, calendars, and related information are displayed through TradingView widgets and may originate from exchanges or other licensors. Data may be delayed, indicative, interrupted, incomplete, unavailable in a particular jurisdiction, or restricted by exchange and licensing rules. A paid TradingView subscription does not grant Consylion or the visitor any right to redistribute exchange data.
The widgets are intended solely for direct display to a human viewer and for general context. Without all necessary permissions from the rights holders, it is prohibited to scrape, download, extract, store, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, sell, compile into a database, use for automated trading or algorithmic decision-making, use in risk management systems, or otherwise use the data beyond display.
Market data, analysis, estimates, scenarios, and forward-looking statements do not constitute advice, a valuation, a forecast, or an invitation to transact. Before acting, verify the information against authoritative sources and with appropriately licensed professionals. Consylion does not control third-party data and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for decisions made on the basis of it.
12. Third Parties and Intellectual Property
Links and embedded services are provided for convenience. Third parties operate independently under their own rules. A link, by itself, does not imply endorsement.
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, the Consylion brand, and original content belong to Consylion or are used under license. Rights to third-party marks, data, and materials belong to their respective owners. TradingView's branding and attribution must remain visible in their original form; visitors are not granted any license to TradingView data or marks beyond the permitted on-screen viewing.
13. Experience, Credentials, and Project Teams
Unless expressly stated otherwise, references to years of experience, budgets, cash flows, credit facilities, geographies, industries, and management responsibility describe the prior professional experience and responsibilities of Consylion's founder or leadership. They are presented as context for the firm's approach and do not mean that Consylion itself completed every referenced project under a client engagement or that the same result will be achieved for a client.
Depending on the agreed scope, a project team may include employees and/or independent specialists. The specific team, availability, roles, responsibility, conflict checks, confidentiality arrangements, and any regulated or technical work are confirmed separately in the engagement documentation. Descriptions of capabilities do not guarantee a particular outcome.
14. Acceptable Use
The website may be used for lawful business and informational purposes. It is prohibited to compromise its security or availability, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, act unlawfully or misleadingly, or systematically extract, copy, or harvest its content and data, except as expressly permitted by mandatory law.
Consylion may restrict access, remove content, or take protective measures where reasonably necessary for the security of the website, compliance with the law, or enforcement of these terms.
15. Availability, Accuracy, and Changes
We aim to keep our original content useful and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, continuously available, or fit for a particular purpose. Information may change without notice, and archived or translated material may not reflect the latest facts.
The English, Russian, and Arabic versions are intended to convey the same meaning. In the event of any unavoidable discrepancy, the English version shall prevail as the reference text, subject to the requirements of mandatory law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” Consylion is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the website or third-party content.
Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, where applicable law prohibits such exclusion.
17. Governing Law, Severability, and Changes
These terms are governed by UAE federal law and the rules applicable to Consylion in Ras Al Khaimah, without displacing any mandatory data protection, consumer rights, or jurisdictional rules that apply to the visitor. Subject to those rules, the courts of Ras Al Khaimah have jurisdiction.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any individual provision does not affect the remaining provisions, to the extent permitted by law. These terms may be updated as the website, our processing, our providers, or applicable requirements change. Material changes are marked with a new date and, where required, a new choice will be requested.
For questions about privacy, these terms, or the website, contact info@consylion.com.
